Terms of Service

All digital products engineered by Augtrix are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand.

Upon a successful transaction sequence, you are granted a non-exclusive license:

• Personal & Content Creator License: You are fully authorized to use the assets (.OBJ, .FBX, .GLB) for personal projects, social media content creation, and showcasing virtual status symbols.
• Strictly No Reselling: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or sharing the raw 3D files or texture maps on any digital marketplace, game engine store, or public repository.
• Commercial Limitations: For standard digital assets, commercial exploitation (such as using the asset as a core element in a commercial video game or a mass-produced digital product) requires an explicit extended commercial license from Augtrix.

When interacting with our ecosystem and deploying our assets, you agree to the following operational parameters:

• No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source mesh or proprietary code of our Snapchat Lenses or AR frameworks.
• Content Integrity: When using Augtrix assets or filters for digital fashion or avatar performance upgrades, the assets must not be utilized in media that promotes hate speech, explicit illegal activity, or severe brand defamation.
• Automated Scrapers: The use of automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to harvest data or bulk-download files from our main server frame is strictly monitored and banned.

• Operational As-Is: Augtrix assets are provided "as-is" with all high-fidelity specifications detailed on the product page. We do not guarantee absolute flawless integration across every third-party game engine or unoptimized legacy software.
• Protocol Breach: Any verified breach of these terms—specifically the unauthorized redistribution or piracy of our master asset packages—will result in immediate termination of your digital access license and potential legal filing.
